I grew up in Kinkole but moved to Kinshasa as soon as I was old enough. For some, Kinkole holds much charm and remains famous for its local fish market.

But for me, I always wanted something different. I studied English at university in hopes of pursuing a career in international business. Around my home town most people speak French, Lingala, Kikongo and sometimes Swahili and Tshiluba.
